Training and Developing Teams

The Dynamic Teams methodology encourages a more structured method of developing effective problem solving and idea generation groups. This is a five-level approach, starting at the bottom of the pyramid with hard, objective procedures relating to the task – such as problem recognition and development – and continuing with the processes involved in fulfilling the specified challenges. The higher levels of the pyramid deal with the softer human resource issues within the group including team cohesion, behaviour and emotions.
